Sadraney Hadeshe סדרני הדשא

1993.jpg

Formed in Netanya 1992, Sadraney Hadeshe became a unique and highly acclaimed new voice in Israel 90’s alternative rock scene. The violent, feminine, and erotic texts of frontwoman Morag Rubanenko were supported by aggressive bass and drums paired with intense guitar noise sounds. Sadraney Hadeshe’s only album (1997) was produced by Berry Sakharof and released by Israel’s major label NMC. The band’s album, Rakuv (rotten) is considered a milestone in Israel alternative music.
